The steady and predictable flow of customers that we are all, in one form or another as businesses, very dependant upon, suddenly coming to a stop - It’s a frightening prospect but one that nearly all businesses have had to consider these past few weeks.
The books we read and advice that is preached all tells us to diversify, not to be reliant on one form of income stream but it has taken the current climate to really hammered home this message and make us rethink how we operate to ensure we are ‘future-proof’, come what may.
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”
Our focus here has quickly turned back to that of our customers who are navigating the same course, how can we best help? Our passion for what we do has always been rooted in being a partner to our customers, helping them whether that be through their online portfolio such as Website Design or SEO Campaigns or practical advice for building customer relationships or branding and so forth.
We strongly believe that all business whether they have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis or not, should think about the possibility of disruption and how they can best mitigate the impact. As the dust begins to settle and life gently creeps back into place, how do we protect ourselves and our businesses from future disruption.
Over the past few weeks we have provided online shop platforms to our customers who have started delivery/collection based orders, we have paused or reduced marketing campaigns for customers strongly affected that are unable to carry out their services and we continue to speak with all of our customers each week to ensure we are doing what we can to help them through.
We shall all get through this together and be stronger on the other end - most of all by helping each other wherever we can.
